  • When is our Next Day Delivery Cut-Off?

    All orders should be placed online or emailed to our sales department (sales@dpstableware.co.uk) by 2pm to receive next day delivery.

    Please note we endeavour to send all orders placed within this time period within a next-day service, if there are any delays to due our 3rd party carriers, we will ensure this information is passed over with as much notice as possible.

  • What is Carriage Paid?

    Our carriage paid amount is £500.00.

  • My Item is Out of Stock – Where can I Find a Leadtime?

    On the occasion where your item is out of stock, we aim to provide a detailed lead-time on your sales order confirmation, whether processed by our sales department or automated website confirmation.

    Lead-times can also be located under ‘Next Container Due’ on individual product pages. Simply type the item code or description into the search bar, and select the product displayed. This will then navigate you  directly to the product page where any container information will shown.

  • How Can I Track my Order?

    Order tracking can be located within your account section. Simply head over to ‘my account’ and select ‘Orders’. Once in this screen, select the desired order and then – Track.

    This will then direct you to either DPD or Response Logistics’ tracking portal where your information will already be prepopulated.

  • How Can I Check if an Item is in Stock?

    You can check stock availability directly on each product page, where current stock levels are displayed for every item. Our website syncs with our system and updates every 3 hours to ensure information remains accurate.

  • Can I Open an Account with DPS Tableware?

    DPS Tableware operates through a UK-wide distributor network and does not supply directly to end users. If you are a distributor interested in opening a trade account, please complete the enquiry form using the link below and an key account manager will be in touch.

    Our Head Office, Showroom and Distribution Centre is located in Stone, Staffordshire. Head to our Contact-us page for ways to get to us.

  • What Products Do you Offer?

    We offer a comprehensive range of tableware and foodservice products designed for the hospitality sector. This includes whiteware, hotelware and patterned crockery collections, many of which feature edge chip warranties for added durability. Our ranges include fine bone china and fine china options suitable for banqueting, weddings and premium dining environments.

    In addition, we supply glassware in both soda-lime and crystalline materials, alongside a wide selection of cutlery in various grades including 18/10, 18/0, 14/4 and 13/0. Our broader offering also includes cookware, barware and cocktail glassware, as well as buffet and display solutions through partners such as APS.
