Sample Orders
Samples up to a net collective value of £10.00 (excluding VAT) are provided free of charge per request, per delivery address. Anything over this amount will be charged unless agreed by a key account manager.
Chargeable Samples
Sales of samples over £10.00 (excluding VAT) are charged and supplied on a sale or return basis.
All APS items, Tramontina Wooden Boards, Tramontina Cast Iron, Costaverde Terra and LED table lamps are always excluded from our free sample allowance.
All international sample orders are chargeable to allow for customs clearance and duty processing. Sample values are minimised where possible for declaration purposes.
Carriage Charges
A carriage charge of £7.95 will apply to all sample orders unless they are despatched alongside a pending order.
A carriage charge of £25.00 will apply to sample orders delivered to Highlands and Islands postcodes.
Stock Availability
Samples are subject to stock availability. Any items not in stock at the time of request will not be placed on back order.

You do not need an account to request a sample; however, an account is required to place an order. Simply complete the enquiry form below with the samples you require, and a key account manager will be in touch to arrange this through a local distributor.

Most products are available as samples; however, certain items may be excluded or chargeable, including APS ranges, Tramontina boards and LED table lamps. All samples are subject to availability at the time of request.
