Return of Goods

Returns may not be accepted without a valid Goods Return Note (GRN) number, which must be obtained prior to the return of any items. All returns must clearly include the GRN documentation either on or within the packaging.

Return Charges

All goods returned for credit will be subject to a re-stocking charge of 20% of the original invoice value. All carriage costs associated with returning goods remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Condition and Timeframe

Goods must be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date and must be unused and in their original packaging. Returns which fail to adhere to this requirement will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.

Non-Returnable Items

We list certain items within our portfolio which are not eligible for returns, these include non-stocked APS products, as well as any clearance and discontinued lines.

Liability and Returns Handling

DPS Tableware will not be liable for any breakages or damages that occur during the return process when goods are transported back via third-party carrier. Customers are advised to ensure all items are securely packaged prior to their return.

Collections

Customers may arrange their own return delivery, or DPS Tableware can organise collection upon request. Our standard parcel carrier is DPD, and pallet collections are handled by Response Logistics. Collections arranged by DPS Tableware are subject to a fee, which is determined by the number of parcels or pallets and the collection location. A quotation will be provided by our customer service team upon request.
