All products should be washed before first use to remove any residues from the manufacturing and packaging process.

Washing Guidlines

All our stainless steel cutlery collections are suitable for commercial dish washing when used in accordance with the below recommendations.

For best results:

Items should be washed promptly after use to remove all food residues, particularly acidic or fatty substances such as salt, vinegar and sauces, as if these are left after a prolonged period it may effect the cutlery surface and cause corrosion.

Cutlery should be loaded into designated cutlery baskets and washed in a upright position, ensuring that the baskets are not overfilled and that waster can circulate freely during the cleaning process.

Check the local water hardness and adjust dishwasher settings accordingly. Only suitable detergents and rinse aids should be used, as overly aggressive chemicals may affect the cutlery finish over time.

Cutlery should not be left inside the dishwasher after the cycle has completed, as prolonged exposure to moisture may increase the risk of water marking or staining.

Where Hand-washing is required, please following the below recommended steps.

For best results:

Wash products with warm water and a mild detergent, using a soft cloth or sponge, please avoid using void abrasive pads or harsh chemicals, as these may damage the item surface.

After washing, items should be rinsed thoroughly with clean water and dried immediately using a soft cloth to prevent water marking or staining.

Handling and Storage

Cutlery should be handled and stored in clean, dry conditions. Items should not be left damp or stored in humid environments, as moisture may lead to staining or corrosion over time.

For best results:

Cutlery should be dried immediately after washing and stored in suitable containers or drawers that prevent unnecessary contact or scratching. Care should be taken to avoid mixing different cutlery grades where possible, as this may contribute to surface wear.
