Vitrified Porcelain Product Care Guide

All products should be washed before first use to remove any residues from the manufacturing and packaging process. It is also recommended to fully inspect products before use to ensure they have not been damaged in transit. Our Vitrified Porcelain ranges are all suitable for commercial dish washing, when used in accordance with the below recommendations.

For best results:

Items should be washed promptly after use, ideally before food residues have dried onto the products, as this can cause harder cleaning an increased risk of staining.

Check the local water hardness and adjust dishwasher settings accordingly, this will maintain performance and appearance. Please note that detergent should always be dispensed via the machine dosing system and not applied directly to any ware.

Regular cleaning and maintenance of the dishwasher is recommenced to prevent limescale build-up and residue transfer onto products.

Whilst washing, please ensure that items are correctly spaced and not in contact with any cutlery or other materials which may cause scratching or metal marking.

Where Hand-washing is required, please following the below recommended steps.

For best results:

Wash products with warm water and a mild detergent, using a soft cloth or sponge, please avoid using void abrasive pads or harsh chemicals, as these may damage the glaze.

Items should be rinsed thoroughly and allowed to air dry before handling or storage.
